Who these terms apply to
These terms apply to funeral directors and other service providers listed on ClearPick, whether or not you have an active commercial agreement with us.
Free listings
We may list publicly available information about your business without your express permission, as this constitutes legitimate interest under UK GDPR. Free listings include business name, address, phone number, website, and publicly available ratings.
Featured listings
Featured listings are available by agreement. Featured providers receive enhanced visibility in relevant search results. The cost and terms are agreed separately. Featured status is always clearly labelled to users.
Accuracy of listings
If any information in your listing is incorrect, you may request a correction using our claim form. We aim to review correction requests within 5 working days.
Removal requests
If you believe your listing violates your legal rights, contact us. We will review all removal requests but reserve the right to retain publicly available factual information.
Lead enquiries
When a user submits a quote request through ClearPick, their contact details and message are forwarded directly to you. You are responsible for responding to enquiries in accordance with your own privacy policy and applicable regulations.
Prohibited activities
You may not attempt to manipulate your ratings or reviews on ClearPick. Any evidence of review manipulation will result in removal from the platform.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of any commercial agreement with ClearPick constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
